About the role

  • Leading implementations of the company’s Ethics Hotline platform for clients
  • Partnering closely with clients, Product, Engineering, and Sales teams for onboarding, configuration, and launch
  • Serving as the primary project owner for assigned clients from contract handoff through go-live
  • Gathering system configurations, managing timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Coordinating cross-functional resources for timely launches
  • Working directly with stakeholders to configure hotline intake channels, reporting workflows, and language support
  • Providing client education and enablement through live training sessions and documentation
  • Supporting structured handoff to Hotline Support team post-implementation

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in software implementation, professional services, or onboarding
  • Experience supporting SaaS platforms, preferably in ethics, compliance, HR, legal, or GRC environments
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations concurrently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail with a client-first mindset.
  • Experience with ethics hotlines, whistleblower programs, or compliance reporting systems
  • Familiarity with global data protection and whistleblower regulations (e.g., GDPR, EU Whistleblower Directive)
  • Experience supporting multinational clients
