About the role
- Own design across multiple product areas, driving end-to-end workflows from problem discovery through execution and iteration
- Proactively identify usability gaps, workflow friction, and opportunities to simplify complex HR, payroll, and operational experiences
- Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to translate ambiguous problems into clear, intuitive product solutions
- Conduct user research, customer interviews, and usability testing to ground design decisions in real customer needs
- Design simple, scalable, and user-friendly experiences for complex B2B SaaS workflows, cutting unnecessary steps and reducing cognitive load
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer working on complex B2B SaaS or enterprise software products
- Strong product thinking skills with a proven ability to simplify complex workflows and systems
- Experience conducting user research and speaking directly with customers to inform design decisions
- A high degree of ownership and initiative—you’re comfortable finding problems, defining scope, and driving solutions independently
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with product and engineering partners.
