About the role
- Work closely with members of Mitacs' Business Development, Research, and Programs teams
- Maintain a network of partners and clients across the private and postsecondary sectors
- Provide business development support and support for student engagement
- Meet with industry partners to determine their R&D needs
Requirements
- Master's degree or PhD (or an equivalent combination of education and research experience)
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Bilingual (proficiency in written and spoken English is required)
- Strong ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Willingness to pursue a career outside of research and the postsecondary sector
- Ability to work in a high-performance environment
