About the role
- Design and implement the service design vision and strategy
- Manage end-to-end service journeys
- Design and facilitate workshops to co-create workflows
- Analyze internal processes
- Integrate user research and feedback loops
- Monitor performance metrics
- Share knowledge and deliver training on workflows
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a service designer (or in a similar role)
- Strong experience in workshop facilitation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical ability to interpret data
- Experience with the following practices: conceptual thinking, user research, prototyping
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma is an asset
- Knowledge of French is an asset
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is required
