About the role

Design and build internal systems powering company growth
Create integrations, dashboards, and workflows connecting daily tools
Meet with key stakeholders (C-levels and managers) to gather requirements and translate into software solutions
Build connectors across internal systems (CRM, billing, HRIS, planning tools)
Develop dashboards and self-service tools for internal teams
Fullstack development: build web applications end-to-end (backend + frontend)
Prioritize stakeholder needs and deliver impactful solutions
Lay foundation for Enterprise Systems function and prepare for scale

Strong expertise in fullstack development with Typescript or Python
Ideally experience with related web frameworks (NextJS, React, Vue, FastAPI, etc.)
Successful experience building internal software systems and workflows (API, integrations, connectors, dashboards)
Ownership and capacity to ship products end-to-end
Passionate about improving operational processes and solving problems for others
Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail and ability to act as an internal enabler
Excellent communication and project management skills
Low ego and team spirit mindset
Autonomous and self-starter
(Ideal) Experience with LLMs and agentic workflows
(Ideal) Working with market-leading SaaS business solutions (Salesforce, Atlassian, Oracle, etc.)
