About the role
- Translate broad, conceptual ideas into meaningful product experiences
- Own the evolution of a scalable design system
- Design user flows and end-to-end experiences
- Produce sketches, concepts, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
- Lead design discovery and experimentation
- Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers
- Coordinate with external partners and stakeholders
- Collaborate with Data and Analytics teams
Requirements
- 7+ years of product design experience
- Bachelor's degree in UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end design initiatives
- Advanced proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma, and experience using complementary tools within the Adobe Creative Suite
- Demonstrated experience building and scaling design systems
- Strong prototyping skills
- Hands-on experience planning and conducting user research and usability testing independently
- Exceptional storytelling, communication, and stakeholder-influence skills
