About the role
- Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and networking to identify new partners.
- Maintain daily outreach activity including 80–100 outbound calls while building relationships with nonprofits, schools, and libraries.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners.
- Build strong relationships, conduct account check-ins, and identify opportunities for growth and referrals.
- Ensure a positive partner experience throughout the sales and onboarding process.
- Address questions or issues quickly and gather feedback to improve service delivery.
- Guide partners through onboarding and help them maximize the value of Mission Telecom’s services.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical or service needs.
- Work with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align partnership efforts and share market insights.
- Represent Mission Telecom at conferences and industry events to build relationships and expand awareness of our broadband solutions.
- Maintain accurate outreach and pipeline activity in CRM systems such as Salesforce. Monitor performance metrics and share insights with leadership.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, partnerships, business development, or relationship management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to confidently engage with new people and build trust quickly
- Comfortable conducting high-volume outbound outreach
- Self-motivated with strong time-management skills
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, Apollo, or similar)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Eligible Locations: Applicants must reside in one of the following states: AZ, CO, CT, GA, KY, MD, NY, PA, TX
