Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems.
Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include:
concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal.
Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.

Requirements

5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field;
3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field;
0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field;
High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
10+ year experience with enterprise identity and access management,
expertise in Microsoft AD DS, ADFS, and ADCS architectures.
Strong understanding of zero-trust identity principles.
Active TS clearance w/ SCI eligibility required to start,
candidate must be willing and able to obtain and maintain an active CI Poly once hired.
