About the role
- Work closely with cross-functional agile project teams, stakeholders, and system developers to drive product design, development, solution verification, error identification, and testing life cycle driving adoption.
- Participate in/facilitate scrum ceremonies; stand ups, retrospectives, demos, and sprints providing technical guidance on how to configure Power Platform, Sharepoint, and TEAMs solutions to bring about the desired behavior and visualization.
- Design and develop custom applications and workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate, integrating seamlessly with the data source (e.g., SharePoint).
- Create prototypes and design mock-ups to demonstrate UI concepts and gather feedback.
- Develop Power Apps custom components, themes, and styles to ensure consistent branding and visual coherence across applications.
- Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI, integrating data from SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and other sources.
- Effectively communicate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and prioritization.
- Conducts briefings and technical meetings for all levels, to include senior leadership.
- Additional duties as assigned or required.
Requirements
- 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
- Complete understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate Flows, and PowerBI to maximum process efficiency and scalable visualization of data.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with a demonstrated ability to develop presentation materials, lead, and facilitate team meetings sessions.
- Possess exceptional client and stakeholder relationship skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities; continue to meet deadlines, while remaining flexible with continually changing priorities.
- Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Secret clearance at the time of consideration
- Microsoft SharePoint Certification
- Microsoft Cloud Certification, including Azure, O365, or Power Platform
- Hands-on development experience with SharePoint and development tools including Visual Studio, SQL Server Management Studio, JavaScript, CSS, .NET, HTML, or JQuery,
- Experience in SSOM, JSOM, CSOM, REST API, SPServices, Master Pages, Layouts, Visual Web Part, PowerShell and SPFx (SharePoint Framework)
