3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field for Software Development Analyst 2
5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field for Software Development Analyst 3
9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field for Software Development Analyst 4
15 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field for Software Development Analyst 5
Required certifications: Security+
Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions, Flow Designer / Workflow.
Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
Experience working within Agile development environments.
Ability to support ITSM-based implementations and platform configuration.
Experience with custom application development.
