💰 $121,645 - $155,000 per year

About the role

  • Manage proposals, including all aspects of proposal development
  • Develop/maintain proposal management-related artifacts for each opportunity
  • Review/analyze proposal sections for consistency and clarity
  • Manage and direct all proposal efforts to include preparation, revision, and submission
  • Clarify, communicate, and enforce the roles and responsibilities of the proposal team members
  • Collaborate with the capture manager, subject matter experts, and other writers
  • Lead/facilitate/drive the discussion during solution strategy sessions
  • Maintain version control throughout the RFP response lifecycle
  • Ensure proposal compliance, checking submissions for compliance regularly

Requirements

  • 6 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field
  • 4 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant progressive experience
  • Knowledge of the proposal development life cycle
  • Understanding of Shipley or other proposal development processes
  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under conditions of multiple deadlines
  • In-depth understanding of compliance with all sections of governmental RFPs
  • Experience analyzing RFPs, creating proposal outlines and schedules
  • Writing new material, editing written material, and producing high-quality proposals
  • Understanding of FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations)
