About the role

  • Propose, research, develop, and document realizable solutions from modeling and simulation of radar processing and self-protection techniques
  • Interact with program sponsors and customers to understand program priorities, share analysis results, and introduce new concepts
  • Participate in design reviews, technical interchanges, working groups, and program status meetings, either as a presenter or as a reviewer
  • Provide critical design feedback and offer potential solutions to any design deficiencies during design reviews, technical interchanges, working groups, and program status meetings
  • Participate in meetings and collaboration events at DoD and vendor locations

Requirements

  • 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in Radar or RF systems
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Self-starter – takes the initiative to research, learn, and deliver.
  • Anticipates the play.
  • Team player – humble, collaborative, focused on making sure the entire team succeeds, wiliness to share knowledge with junior engineers.
  • CLEARANCE: Minimum Secret clearance is required
