About the role
- You analyze and assess credit exposures with a focus on financial institutions
- You prepare credit proposals and decision papers for our internal committees
- You perform creditworthiness analyses and develop well-founded rating assessments
- You monitor risks, exposures and limit structures
- You actively contribute to the development of our risk processes and tools
- You work closely with colleagues from Front Office, Compliance and Treasury
Requirements
- A degree in economics, finance or a related field, or an equivalent qualification
- Initial professional experience in credit risk — ideally within a banking environment
- Knowledge of financial statement analysis, ratings and regulatory requirements such as MaRisk
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and a structured way of working
- Excellent German and English skills
- An international environment with short decision-making paths
- Autonomous work within a professional and open team
