About the role

  • Responsible for monthly routines (bookings, reconciliations, reporting) with clear deadlines
  • Preparation of analyses and systematic follow-up on variances — you enjoy getting to the root of things
  • Serve as the interface between our German and Swiss tax advisors: coordinate, structure, and communicate
  • Support in annual financial statements, tax returns, and audits
  • Track costs and overhead with GetKlar and continuously align with budget owners
  • Assist with financial planning and preparing forecasts
  • Conduct cost analyses and identify savings opportunities to increase efficiency
  • Prepare management reporting and ad-hoc analyses for the leadership team
  • Simplify processes, drive automation, and establish structures

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Controlling, or a relevant vocational qualification with substantial experience
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in finance/controlling
  • Highly accurate, analytical, and structured working style
  • Independent, reliable, and enjoys working with numbers
  • Excellent German and good English skills
  • Bonus: Experience with tools such as DATEV, Bexio, Qonto, Personio, or GetKlar
