Graphics Designer

• Ownership and execution of ALEMI’s visual presence across all touchpoints – focus on paid social, performance creatives and scalable D2C systems
• Development of ALEMI’s visual guidelines and ensuring visual consistency across website, ads, social, newsletters, store screens and campaign assets
• Conceptualization and hands-on production of paid social creatives (static, video, UGC edits) with understanding of hooks, testing logic and iteration
• Collaboration with Performance Marketing to improve creative output based on data
• Creative direction for photo and video shoots, including planning and coordinating shoot production
• Structured asset management, versioning and file organization
• Day-to-day guidance of a working student
• Efficient use of modern tools including AI to speed up ideation and production without compromising quality
