Graphics Designer

• Responsibility for the visual execution of the ALEMI brand across all touchpoints
• Development, maintenance and consistent application of the ALEMI visual guidelines
• Conceptualization and hands-on production of creatives for paid social ads (static, video, UGC cuts), as well as website and campaign assets
• Ensure a consistent, high-quality look across website, ads, social media, store screens and brand materials
• Creative direction for photo and video shoots (look, visual language, execution)
• Close collaboration with Performance Marketing, Website & E‑Commerce, Social Media and the founder
• Translate performance feedback into new creative variants and iterations
• Targeted use of AI tools to support your work, e.g., for ideation, initial visual concepts or moodboards, creative inspiration and everyday efficiency gains – always with clear quality standards and human refinement
• Provide professional guidance and feedback to a working student in the creative team
• Briefing, coordination and quality control of external freelancers
• Structured organization, versioning and quality assurance of all assets
