Prospect leads and grows sales with current and prospective accounts within an assigned territory by developing strong relationships with B2B customers.
Conduct in-person visits to potential and existing customers to present our product line, share brand knowledge, and demonstrate value.
Negotiate contracts, sales terms, and agreements on alignment with company guidelines.
Work with internal sales to establish new accounts and ensure smooth onboarding for new customers.
Provide ongoing education, training, and support to customers on promotions and sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and account details in CRM or reporting tools.
Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree OR 5 + years of sales experience in a relevant industry.
Proven track record in B2B outside sales, account management, or territory sales.
Experience in the auto industry and knowledge of aftermarket auto products is a must.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel domestically and internationally.
Benefits
Requires flexibility, including hours availability to work outside a Monday – Friday 8:00 – 5:00 pm schedule as needed including nights and weekends.
Requires ability to travel frequently throughout assigned territory. Expected travel up to 75%.
