Maintain primary responsibility for GAAP compliance
Oversee financial operations
Ensure the integrity of financial data
Maintain real-time P&L via automations
Manage month-end closing procedures
Lead internal audits
Interpret financial data for budgeting and investment decisions
Identify and implement internal control improvements and automation opportunities

Requirements

3–7 years of progressive accounting experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Speed and comfort with setting up, troubleshooting, and directing technology solutions
Advanced expertise in Google Sheets (or Excel) and direct experience with ERP systems
Strong problem-solving abilities
High attention to detail
Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
Motivated, energetic, curious self-starter who adapts to change and takes initiative.
