About the role
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, create job descriptions, and build strong partnerships throughout the recruitment process.
- Develop sourcing strategies and attract candidates through various channels.
- Conduct initial interviews and assess both soft and hard skills.
- Guide candidates through the entire hiring process — from the first contact to offer and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in internal HR systems.
Requirements
- Experience in recruitment, preferably in IT, digital, or startup environments.
- Strong spoken English (B2 or higher) - you will work with international candidates and clients.
- Interest in Construction/Real Estate/Marketing/Crypto/Web3 industries.
- Experience in recruitment agencies will be a plus.
