• Reporting to the Senior Director, Infrastructure & IT Operations; shape the company's technology landscape
• Lead design, implementation, and maintenance of network and infrastructure systems
• Ensure high availability, performance, scalability, and security of all IT infrastructure components
• Manage and mentor a team of network engineers, system administrators, and infrastructure specialists
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments and stakeholders
• Measure, monitor, and meet operational KPIs and SLA targets
• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards
• Liaise with Security Team on cyber security best practices; manage risk and business continuity
• Develop, implement, and regularly test disaster recovery and business continuity plans
• Negotiate contracts, manage vendor relationships, and manage budgets for infrastructure projects
• Continuously analyze and optimize technology costs while improving service quality and reliability
