About the role

  • Plan and manage a TikTok and Instagram content calendar tied to growth and sales goals
  • Produce and edit high-quality short-form video content optimized for mobile viewing using tools like CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Use AI tools thoughtfully to generate ideas, refine hooks, improve captions, and analyze what resonates without losing brand voice or authenticity
  • Craft compelling hooks, captions, and hashtags to maximize reach, engagement, and watch time
  • Publish content, monitor engagement, and manage community interactions across comments and DMs
  • Track trending formats, sounds, and topics to stay ahead of algorithm shifts and audience expectations
  • Run simple A/B tests on content elements to improve visibility and retention
  • Collaborate with creative and product teams to align messaging and subtly promote products
  • Source and manage UGC or creator collaborations to diversify content and build credibility
  • Tailor content scheduling and references for US and Australian audiences
  • Analyze performance weekly, share insights, and recommend next steps for improvement

Requirements

  • 2–4 years growing TikTok and/or Instagram audiences, ideally in US or Australian markets
  • A portfolio of brand or personal accounts that demonstrates strong storytelling and measurable growth
  • Strong video production skills, from filming to editing short-form content
  • Familiarity with tools like CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Experience using AI as a creative and analytical support tool
  • Deep knowledge of platform algorithms, trends, and strategies that drive retention
  • Advanced written English with a knack for storytelling and visual communication
  • Ability to work 80% independently while keeping communication clear and proactive
  • Experience with remote work and async collaboration across international time zones
  • Bonus: background in wellness or lifestyle content, especially in feminine or intimate care spaces
