AI Visual Creator – Static Ads

Email Marketing Manager

• Plan and execute email and SMS marketing strategies for 5-7 e-commerce brands using Klaviyo and related platforms
• Own end-to-end campaign delivery, from strategy and setup through launch, QA, and post-campaign analysis
• Act as the primary client contact by joining meetings, sharing weekly performance reports, and responding to questions over Slack and email
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and technicians to launch campaigns accurately and on schedule
• Monitor and optimize performance across open rates, click-through rates, and revenue contribution
• Run A/B tests, manage segmentation, and build automations that improve engagement and conversions
• Ensure every campaign meets quality and compliance standards, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR requirements

• Use Figma and Canva to build, refine, and organize reusable components
• Track daily tasks, deadlines, and progress in ClickUp to keep work moving smoothly

Email Designer

Implementation Specialist

• Build email and SMS campaigns and flows in clients' ESPs (Customer.io, Klaviyo) from approved designs and copy.
• Work within the Bask Health telehealth platform, where builds connect to the client's patient and backend systems.
• Slice and export image assets from Figma and assemble them into responsive, on-brand email templates.
• Set up audience segments, suppressions, triggers, scheduling, links, UTMs, and personalization tags with correct fallbacks, following each client's build rules.
• Activate and configure lifecycle flows accurately, applying client-specific naming conventions and build rules exactly.
• Run pre-send QA on every build: mobile and dark-mode rendering, working links, correct segments, and correct flow activation.
• Catch your own errors before they reach QA, treating clean first-pass builds as the standard.
• Keep builds on schedule in ClickUp and flag blockers early so nothing slips before a send.
• Coordinate clearly and proactively with strategists, designers, and account managers in Slack and ClickUp.

Email Marketing Implementation Specialist

Account Manager

• Own end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of telehealth and e-commerce clients, ideally 5–6 accounts at steady state
• Plan, build, QA, and schedule email and SMS campaigns, flows, and popups inside each client's ESP, primarily Klaviyo (with Customer.io on event-driven telehealth accounts)
• Own client communication: weekly updates, monthly performance reports, proactive wins and risk flags, and fast responses during business hours

• Turn monthly strategy into clear briefs for copywriters and designers, keeping every deliverable on schedule through the five-station pipeline
• Own routine incident response and fixes for your accounts, so problems are handled before they reach the founder
• Maintain a compliance-aware brand voice across all patient communications (for example, no protected health information in subject lines)
• Collaborate across ClickUp, Slack, Google Workspace, and review-level Figma to keep work organized and visible
