About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Take ad angles, hooks, and messaging briefs from creative strategists and ideate visual concepts that bring them to life
Generate high-quality, original imagery using AI tools
Work on 4 briefs per day, generating 12-18 images per brief
Push creative boundaries with humor and unexpected compositions
Collaborate closely with creative strategists in real time
Hand off final imagery to the in-house design team
Maintain a strong understanding of each client's brand and category
Stay current on new AI image generation tools, models, and techniques
Keep a clean workflow: track which prompts produced which visuals

Requirements

What you’ll need

1+ years of hands-on experience generating commercial-grade visuals with AI image tools (Midjourney, Higgsfield, Flux, Nano Banana, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, or similar)
A portfolio of AI-generated work that demonstrates strong aesthetic judgment, creative range, and the ability to produce striking imagery
Very fluent written and spoken English
Clear, fast, articulate communication is non-negotiable
A genuinely creative mind
Strong taste
Familiarity with performance marketing and direct-response advertising is a strong plus
A fast iteration mindset
Highly AI-forward
