About the role

  • Provide on-site IT support to users.
  • Perform hardware maintenance on desktops and laptops.
  • Assist with configuration of Microsoft networks and network devices.
  • Provide support related to data and voice network infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of hardware (maintenance of desktops and laptops).
  • Knowledge of data and voice network infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft network configurations.
  • Knowledge of network devices.
  • High school diploma with a professional technical course in: IT/Computing, Electronics, or Electrotechnics. Bachelor's or technologist degree in a technology-related field (completed or in progress).
