About the role

  • Identify and develop Data, AI, and Hyperautomation opportunities across multiple markets, acting consultatively with technical and business executives.

Requirements

  • Completed higher education (Bachelor's degree or equivalent).
  • Advanced English or Spanish.
  • Lead end-to-end pre-sales processes: diagnosis, prioritization, solution architecture, effort estimates, ROI analysis and business case development.
  • Create clear, impactful narratives and value propositions tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences. Structure and present demonstrations, workshops and POVs that engage clients and facilitate decision-making.
  • Offer, Pricing & Commercial Governance Management – Lead the end-to-end offer flow, ensuring quality, accuracy, speed and adherence to corporate standards.
  • Define pricing models (time & material, fixed price, value-based, platform, subscriptions, consumption, etc.). Integrate information on internal capabilities, benchmarks, risks and margins to build competitive proposals. Monitor the commercial cycle through to closing, acting as the link between internal teams, the client and partners.
  • Internal Orchestration & Partnerships – Collaborate with market leaders, technology areas, other business units and specialized solution teams. Coordinate architecture team deliveries and support the handover to execution.
  • Manage relationships with strategic technology partners (cloud, analytics, AI, automation), enabling new offers and joint opportunities.
  • Executive Communication & International Interface – Ensure clear, timely and structured communication with headquarters in Spain, reporting opportunities, performance, risks, requests and strategic progress.
  • Align budgets, governance and global directives to ensure consistency between local and international strategy.
