About the role
- Business Development Manager (Alliances) with solid experience in the AWS, Microsoft, IBM and other ecosystems and a strong results orientation, to lead the development and management of strategic alliances.
- Executive relationship management, mastery of partner programs (including MDF, co-sell and competency designations) and the ability to work integrally with sales, marketing and delivery areas, fostering a strong alliances culture within the organization.
- Develop and manage the partnership with Microsoft.
- Act as the primary interface with Microsoft, ensuring alignment between goals, strategies and global programs.
- Maximize the use of Market Development Funds (MDF), aligning them with company priorities.
- Maximize the use of Microsoft incentives, aligning them with company priorities.
- Work side-by-side with sales, marketing and delivery teams to generate opportunities, increase consumption and deliver value with Microsoft solutions.
- Support the management and expansion of the business pipeline, focusing on cloud solutions and sustainable growth strategies.
- Develop and execute a joint business plan (BP) with stakeholders from Minsait and Microsoft.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure revenue, growth and innovation impact performance.
- Represent the company at events, workshops and initiatives within the Microsoft ecosystem, staying up to date on trends, products and programs.
Requirements
- Completed degree (Bachelor's or equivalent).
- Proficiency in English or Spanish required.
- Solid experience as a Partner Development Manager (PDM) or in roles related to Strategic Alliances or Partnerships with Microsoft.
- Deep knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, M365, D365) and partner programs (e.g., Microsoft Partner Network, Solution Partner Designations).
- Strong experience using MDF and incentive programs with a strategic ROI perspective.
- Excellence in relationship-building, influencing and coordinating with cross-functional teams and external executives.
