About the role
- Act as the provisioning point, applying the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) concept and maintaining constant communication between support teams and users.
- Route and forward tickets, ensuring the correct assignment of requests.
- Update BDGC items, as well as inventory controls and technical reserves.
- Keep information up to date in control and management systems.
- Be responsible for the movement and control of small inventories.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields.
- Knowledge and skills: application of the SPOC (Single Point of Contact) concept.
