About the role

Act as the provisioning point, applying the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) concept and maintaining constant communication between support teams and users.
Route and forward tickets, ensuring the correct assignment of requests.
Update BDGC items, as well as inventory controls and technical reserves.
Keep information up to date in control and management systems.
Be responsible for the movement and control of small inventories.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields.
Knowledge and skills: application of the SPOC (Single Point of Contact) concept.
