About the role

Perform provisioning activities, applying the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) concept and maintaining constant communication between support teams and users.
Route and escalate tickets, ensuring correct placement and handling of requests.
Update BDGC items, as well as inventory controls and technical reserves.
Keep information up to date in control and management systems.
Responsible for the movement and control of small stock items.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Knowledge and skills: application of the SPOC (Single Point of Contact) concept.
