About the role

  • Provide on-site IT support;
  • Preferred knowledge of hardware and data and voice network infrastructure;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft network configurations and network devices;
  • Maintenance of desktop and laptop hardware.

Requirements

  • High school diploma with a completed technical/professional course in IT, electronics, or electrotechnics, or currently enrolled in or holding an undergraduate degree (bachelor's or technologist) in a technology-related field;
  • Must reside in Rio de Janeiro;
  • Availability to work 100% on-site.
