About the role
- Will structure, implement, govern and disseminate information about the ALMa program and the projects it contains, as well as standards, best practices and accelerators to be used.
- Will structure and implement metrics and indicators for the ALMa program, generating data for decision-making and monitoring at operational, tactical and strategic levels.
- Will prepare and deliver executive presentations at strategic and tactical layers and will also operate at the operational layer.
- Will plan, structure and facilitate various mapping workshops using Lean and Agile facilitation techniques.
- Will work together with the Change Management pillar on the mindset-change actions required, as well as motivation and engagement initiatives.
- Will be responsible for developing, governing and enabling IT processes.
Requirements
- Experience with Lean and Agile.
- Experience in Change Management for the necessary mindset-change actions.
- Experience with agile methodologies.
- University degree completed or in progress.
