Influence critical architectural decisions by evaluating risks, trade-offs, and long-term impacts;
Define and evolve technical and architectural standards, ensuring consistency across squads and domains;
Raise engineering and observability practices, promoting Shift Left, automation, and quality as a collective responsibility;

Requirements
Python (FastAPI, Django);
Queues and asynchronous processing: Celery + RabbitMQ;

Hands-on experience developing with AI (e.g., Courses, Claude, Copilot).
