About the role
- Lead end-to-end technical planning for the domain, driving PoCs, complex decisions, and evolutionary architecture;
- Ensure transparency, predictability, and technical feasibility, acting as guardian of the technical health of the ecosystem;
- Provide strategic mentorship without creating dependency, developing new technical leaders and increasing team autonomy;
- Influence critical architectural decisions by evaluating risks, trade-offs, and long-term impacts;
- Define and evolve technical and architectural standards, ensuring consistency across squads and domains;
- Raise engineering and observability practices, promoting Shift Left, automation, and quality as a collective responsibility;
- Support product with technical and strategic vision, anticipating bottlenecks and sustaining business growth;
- Serve as a technical and cultural reference within the organization, promoting systems thinking and engineering maturity;
- Lead innovation initiatives, exploring applied AI, new tools, and approaches that increase efficiency and quality;
- Represent engineering in strategic forums, contributing to technical roadmaps, domain evolution, and platform decisions;
Requirements
- Python (FastAPI, Django);
- Queues and asynchronous processing: Celery + RabbitMQ;
- Databases / Cache: PostgreSQL, Redis;
- Infrastructure: AWS (ECS, EC2, Fargate);
- Hands-on experience developing with AI (e.g., Courses, Claude, Copilot).
- Nice to have: Django; Redis; MongoDB; Airflow; Celery; AWS SDK.
