About the role
- Required knowledge: Business — experience in the financial/cards domain.
- Competencies: teamwork, responsibility, sense of urgency.
- Activities: audience segmentation for campaigns, results evaluation, and measurement of actions.
- Generate datasets for communication via social media.
- Creation and maintenance of conversion (CV) reports and KPIs.
- Creation and maintenance of communication delivery reports.
- Creation and maintenance of Journeys in Salesforce (Cards BU).
- Maintain ingestion of Hive/Teradata datasets into Salesforce.
Requirements
- Proven experience in data analysis.
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce and experience handling Hive/Teradata databases for Salesforce.
- Ability to work collaboratively in agile teams, effectively communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication: ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
