About the role

  • Deliver leadership sustainable growth of volume, share, profit through world-class key management to ensure maximised return on investment
  • Conduct strategic accounts analysis reviews and provide strategic analysis of own and opposition performance to the company
  • Recommend resources strategies and plan for responsible accounts to the company in conjunction with Group Key Account Manager – HK and Macau
  • Deploy accounts engagement and negotiation strategies
  • Explore new business opportunities to support business growth agenda
  • Provide key accounts with tangible best practices of key growth drivers and relevant initiatives
  • Manage the demand forecast for CVS & New Channels
  • Implement fact-based & persuasive selling consistently and effectively to deliver business objectives within accounts
  • Lead the responsible account s’ negotiation and co-ordinate all input from relevant collaborators
  • Taking full responsibility in managing the stock allocation/replenishment through the ordering system

Requirements

  • At least 3 years sales & key account management experience preferably in a renowned FMCG company
  • Strong inter-personal skills and communication skills
  • Strategic thinking with superb in analytical skills and sensitive to numbers
  • Continuous Improvement Mindset
  • Oral & Written communication fluency in both Cantonese (a must) and English with negotiation and planning skills
  • Good selling and presentation skills
  • University degree holder in Business Administration, Economics and/or Marketing
