About the role

  • Manage daily financial operations, liaising between the share service centre, local finance, sales, and Marketing
  • Process invoices and expense claims
  • Reconcile accounts, match invoices, and allocate costs
  • Support month-end closing
  • Ensure compliance with local legal requirements and company policies
  • Manage departmental purchase orders and oversee invoice coding
  • Prepare monthly credit and debit card statements with correct cost allocations
  • Ensure internal financial controls and support audits
  • Conduct periodic PO Training for new joiners

Requirements

  • Relevant experience as accountant preferably in Retail or FMCG industries
  • Integrity, pro-activity, problem-solving skillset, team player
  • Accounting background is desirable
  • Financial and Business acumen, reliable partner, challenger, autonomous
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Curiosity and high level of energy
  • Upper Intermediate Excel user
  • SAP knowledge desirable
