About the role

  • Collaborate closely with Japanese clients, handle discussions, reporting, and cross‑cultural interactions effectively.
  • Manage Windows Server Administration – management, troubleshooting, patching, and operational support.
  • Administer VMware ESX/ESXi, including provisioning, resource allocation, performance tuning, and VM lifecycle operations.

Requirements

  • Japanese Bilingual proficiency (N2/N3 preferred) – mandatory for communication with Japanese stakeholders and ODC coordination.
  • Strong communication skills for documenting processes, SOPs, and RCA reports involving Japan-side teams.
  • Hands-on experience managing Windows Server environments including installation, configuration, hardening, and daily operations.
  • Familiar with Windows-based virtualization support, especially when hosted on VMware ESXi or Hyper-V environments.
  • Experience working with Japanese enterprise culture, including structured communication, escalation protocols, and work etiquette.
  • Ability to accurately translate technical requirements from Japanese to English and vice versa for internal teams.
