- Collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality solutions tailored to meet business needs
- Resolve technical issues in a customer-facing capacity

Requirements
- 4-12 years of experience as CRM Technical Consultant
- Worked on different CRM / XRM versions
- Implemented complete life cycle of at least 2 to 3 projects
- Expertise in technologies like HTML5, CSS, SOAP, REST, Angular JS, Javascript
- Experience in agile deliveries and tight timescales
- Proven experience with D365 customization and configuration
- Microsoft Power Platform - MS PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power Virtual Agent, Power BI
- Experience in integration with third-party applications
- Sound expertise in DevOps, GIT, Jira
- Designed and developed Microsoft Flow, PowerApps, and Power BI reports
- Aware of mobility in CRM
- Unified Service Desk, CICD, customer insight, omnichannel
