About the role

  • Handle level 1 and 2 incidents on Windows and Linux environments.
  • Diagnose, analyze and resolve incidents, working closely with specialist teams.
  • Plan, track and execute scheduled changes (patching, updates, technical interventions).
  • Monitor systems using supervision tools (Zabbix, Splunk) and perform necessary remediation actions.
  • Apply operational maintenance procedures: patches, reboots, post‑action checks, compliance verifications.
  • Contribute to writing and updating operational procedures and technical documentation.
  • Collaborate daily with Windows, Linux, Network and Storage teams to ensure infrastructure availability.

Requirements

  • Degree in computer science or equivalent higher education.
  • Proven initial experience in systems administration (Windows and/or Linux), ideally in production or managed services environments.
  • Basic scripting skills (PowerShell or Bash).
  • Good knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux environments.
  • Ability to follow and apply procedures in a regulated and secure environment.
  • Meticulous, well-organized, team-oriented and technically curious.
  • Certifications such as ITIL, MCSA, RHCSA are a plus.
