About the role

  • Help clients understand the impact of digital transformation
  • Advise on developing digitally enabled business models and capabilities
  • Deliver digitally enabled business outcomes using skills in strategy, business analysis, agile delivery, technology transformation, and organization design
  • Develop and implement IT strategy and operating models
  • Design and architect technology solutions to meet business needs
  • Lead technology transformation initiatives and create strategic business cases
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform platform and IT strategy

Requirements

  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business or related field
  • 2+ years’ experience in management consulting or similar roles
  • Strong understanding of platform and IT strategy, and IT operating models
  • Experience with Agile and technology‑led transformation
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication and stakeholder skills
  • Commitment to continuous learning and sharing knowledge
  • Ability to motivate teams and support self‑organisation
  • Passion for emerging technologies (e.g., GenAI, Cloud, PQC)
  • Comfort working in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments
  • Willingness to travel or work onsite with clients
