About the role

  • Establish and maintain PMO functions while managing multiple concurrent projects
  • Coordinate and manage multiple medium-scale projects from initiation through closure
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and track progress against milestones and deliverables
  • Support senior project managers and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and maintain project documentation
  • Assist in establishing and refining PMO processes, templates, and best practices
  • Maintain project management documentation, methodologies, and standards
  • Support portfolio reporting, resource tracking, and project prioritization activities
  • Communicate project status, issues, and risks to project managers and stakeholders
  • Support change management activities and gather stakeholder feedback

Requirements

  • 3–5 years experience in project coordination or project management
  • Proven contribution to successful project delivery in cross‑functional, dynamic environments
  • Experience with technology projects, software development, or IT implementations
  • Understanding of change management, risk management, and issue resolution
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and familiar with MS Project or similar PM tools
  • Experience with Jira, Asana, Monday.com, and collaboration tools like Teams, Slack, or Confluence
  • CAPM or progress toward PMP preferred; Agile/Scrum certifications (CSM/PSM) desirable
  • Solid understanding of PMI standards and agile principles
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to build relationships and work effectively with diverse teams
