About the role

  • Lead and manage large-scale, high-visibility projects and transformation initiatives from conception through delivery
  • Develop comprehensive project strategies, roadmaps, and execution plans for complex organizational changes
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across multiple departments, stakeholders, and external partners
  • Establish project governance frameworks and ensure adherence to organizational standards and methodologies
  • Design and implement PMO processes, standards, and best practices across project portfolios
  • Develop and maintain project management methodologies, templates, and documentation standards
  • Provide portfolio oversight, resource allocation, and strategic project prioritization
  • Establish project metrics, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms for executive leadership visibility
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, department heads, and key stakeholders
  • Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership and steering committees

Requirements

  • 8+ years of project management experience
  • At least 5 years in senior management roles
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects (>$5M budget, multi-year duration)
  • Background in digital transformation, ERP / CRM implementations, or large IT initiatives
  • Previous consulting or professional services experience
  • Extensive experience in organisational transformation and change management initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred
  • Advanced proficiency across MS Excel, Project and Jira (agile Project Management and workflow configuration and reporting)
  • Proven ability to influence and lead without direct authority
  • Experience with budget management, financial analysis, and resource optimization
  • Risk management expertise with ability to anticipate and mitigate project risks
