About the role

  • Develop and maintain the offering roadmap (vision, execution plan and transformation).
  • Anticipate and optimize team members' employability in coordination with ecosystem stakeholders.
  • Lead the offering community to foster team spirit and encourage engagement.
  • Actively participate in pre-sales phases (bid management) in collaboration with Sales Engineers to capture new opportunities and contribute to business growth.
  • Manage staffing and support skills development (training, certifications, reskilling, job rotation...).

Requirements

  • You have at least 10 years of proven experience in IT and project management.
  • As a project leader, you are recognized for your ability to rally teams and deliver on commitments.
  • A true leader, you possess strong interpersonal skills and work successfully in partnership with clients.
  • Talent management & development: ability to support team members, manage staffing, promote skills development and lead the internal community.
  • You support clients across multiple aspects of their information systems, from technical choices to organizational design.
