About the role

  • Support in deriving process-related test scenarios during the setup and further development of digital business processes
  • Contribute to detailed functional planning and validation of feature and acceptance scenarios in the BPM context
  • Execute process-related system tests and support structured documentation
  • Analyze process and system deviations, assist with troubleshooting, and re-validate corrected workflow components
  • Contribute to the development of process-related monitoring and reporting mechanisms
  • Provide advisory support to last-level support for BPM-related incidents
  • Model realistic process and test data to simulate complex business processes
  • Support the systematic analysis and documentation of deviations
  • Automate process-related reporting and control mechanisms
  • Participate in change and release activities related to workflow implementations
  • Set up and maintain BPM-related tools and technical environments with regard to test automation

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of project experience in consulting, development, and software testing of BPM systems
  • German language skills at least at B2 level and English at C1 level
  • Extensive experience with agile methods (e.g., Scaled Agile Framework)
  • Good knowledge of collaborative project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Very good knowledge of test management tools (e.g., Xray)
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Practical experience in documenting test cases
  • High flexibility, including with regard to working hours and possible business travel
  • Good knowledge and practical experience in banking/payments
  • Knowledge of interface testing (API, XSD/XML)
  • Knowledge and practical experience in test automation (e.g., Eggplant)
  • Experience with automated interface testing (e.g., Postman, Rest Assured)
