Act as a financial advisor to business leaders, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities to drive revenue growth and cost efficiencies
Lead the full financial planning cycle including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and long-range strategic planning
Partner cross functionally with Sales, Marketing and Operations to track key performance metrics
Prepare monthly business reviews and reports that clearly communicate financial performance, KPIs and strategic initiatives
Ensure the timely and accurate completion of the month-end close process

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA or CPA is a plus
6+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance, preferably in the beauty, luxury, or consumer goods industry
Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
Proficiency with SAP, SAP BW, NetSuite, or similar ERP/BI tools; advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required
