Provide overall engagement and program leadership for multi-solution Adobe Experience Cloud implementations
Own day-to-day client engagement management, acting as the primary point of contact
Act as a functional SME across Adobe Experience Cloud, ensuring business requirements translate into effective platform usage
Manage scope, dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones across multiple teams
Provide functional leadership across solutions such as Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and related tools
Establish and reinforce delivery governance, documentation standards, and decision frameworks
Drive alignment between client teams, delivery teams, and leadership
Build trusted relationships with business stakeholders and facilitate alignment across diverse stakeholder groups with competing priorities

Requirements

10+ years of experience in marketing technology or data-driven program delivery
5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud in a functional or consulting role
Proven experience leading large, complex enterprise client engagements
Strong functional understanding of AEP,CJA, CDP and related Experience Cloud capabilities
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
