About the role

  • Own defined workstreams end-to-end within AI and data-driven transformation engagements
  • Shape the work, drive execution, and deliver high-quality client outcomes
  • Act as a trusted day-to-day partner to client counterparts
  • Lead discovery efforts and evaluate emerging AI capabilities
  • Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Contribute to internal knowledge development and practice initiatives across Data, AI, and product innovation

Requirements

  • Experience in data-driven transformation engagements
  • Understanding of AI product thinking and delivery
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate AI opportunities
  • Excellent presentation skills for executive-ready materials
  • Experience with stakeholder interviews and synthesizing insights
  • Knowledge of business processes and mapping data flows
  • Ability to contribute to proposals and internal thought leadership
