About the role
- Own defined workstreams end-to-end within AI and data-driven transformation engagements
- Shape the work, drive execution, and deliver high-quality client outcomes
- Act as a trusted day-to-day partner to client counterparts
- Lead discovery efforts and evaluate emerging AI capabilities
- Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations
- Contribute to internal knowledge development and practice initiatives across Data, AI, and product innovation
Requirements
- Experience in data-driven transformation engagements
- Understanding of AI product thinking and delivery
- Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate AI opportunities
- Excellent presentation skills for executive-ready materials
- Experience with stakeholder interviews and synthesizing insights
- Knowledge of business processes and mapping data flows
- Ability to contribute to proposals and internal thought leadership
