About the role

  • Join our community of experts within the Service Line Digital Workplace and support the transformation of our clients.
  • Design collaborative and innovative service architectures based on Microsoft / Office 365 (Entra ID, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Purview and security, …)
  • Challenge clients’ technical choices related to Microsoft 365 implementations.
  • Propose service improvement roadmaps.
  • Advise clients on technical choices, understand their needs and constraints, and build trusted relationships.
  • Define migration scenarios for on-premises services to M365.
  • Organize and lead technical architecture workshops.
  • Write technical specifications.
  • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams around M365 solutions.

Requirements

  • University degree in computer science (engineering degree or equivalent)
  • Minimum 5 years’ proven experience designing Office 365 architectures
  • Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365 and its ecosystem, enabling you to confidently address architecture topics and act as an advisor to our clients.
  • Comfortable with English; able to discuss complex technical issues in an international environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset: you are proactive, solution-oriented, and demonstrate leadership.
