About the role

  • Provide technical support and develop SAP SuccessFactors solutions for international clients
  • Participate in requirements analysis, configuration, and testing activities according to client needs and project guidelines
  • Design concepts for new functionalities, advise clients on best practices, and implement recommended changes
  • Work closely with our international SuccessFactors team to ensure high-quality solution delivery
  • Conduct training sessions for client teams on SuccessFactors processes and functionalities
  • Prepare engaging presentation materials for client workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience working with various SAP SuccessFactors modules, including hands-on implementation and application support
  • Strong background in analyzing, designing, and optimizing HR business processes within SuccessFactors
  • Experience managing or contributing to SAP SuccessFactors projects
  • Valid SAP SuccessFactors certifications, ideally in multiple modules
  • Very good command of English or German (proficiency in both is a strong asset)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
