About the role
- Analyze and resolve complex technical inquiries related to aeronautical systems
- Collaborate with international teams in France, Spain, India, Romania and Morocco to provide comprehensive technical support to airlines
- Leverage your design-office expertise to independently manage customer requests and contribute to operational optimization
- Participate in the continuous improvement of processes to increase capacity and efficiency in request handling
- Develop and maintain technical documentation to support knowledge capitalization and ensure long-term service reliability
Requirements
- Currently pursuing an engineering degree or a master’s in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
- Technical understanding of aeronautical systems, particularly in one or more of the following areas: propulsion systems, avionics, aircraft electrical systems, or actuation systems
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts
- Proficiency in English; proficiency in French is highly desirable
