About the role

  • Define, scope, and manage the implementation of Modern Workplace projects (deployment of MDM solutions, Windows migrations, BYOD policies, etc.)
  • Design architectures and deploy MDM solutions such as MECM/SCCM, Intune, Jamf, Workspace ONE, etc.
  • Ensure the security of user environments using appropriate measures and tools (antivirus, firewalls, encryption, EDR, GPOs, conditional access, etc.)
  • Design the desktop/workstation experience as well as mobile device configurations (tablets, phones) with a user-centric approach.
  • Define provisioning processes with OEMs and other partners.
  • Define Windows 11 workstation baselines.
  • Implement modern deployment solutions (Autopilot) and automation tools (Microsoft Graph API, Power Automate, etc.)
  • Optimize patch management processes in the associated environments.
  • Deploy virtual desktop and published application services (Azure Virtual Desktop / Windows 365).
  • Collaborate with and support project teams, clients, and end users throughout the lifecycle of Modern Workplace projects.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent (engineering school or similar)
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience designing Modern Workplace architectures
  • Strong technical knowledge of the Microsoft workplace environment and its ecosystem
  • Comfortable in English and able to discuss complex technical issues in an international environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
