About the role
- As a ServiceNow Solution Architect, you will be at the heart of our clients' digital transformations.
- You will ensure solution coherence, architectural quality and technical-functional excellence across one or more modules of the Core Digital Engine: CSM, FSM, HR and/or SPM.
- On projects and pre-sales: design robust, scalable ServiceNow architectures aligned with business needs.
- Support clients in defining their roadmap and adopting ServiceNow best practices.
- Lead functional and technical design, validate key decisions and arbitrate solution options.
- Participate in key phases: scoping, workshops, design authority, product governance.
- Oversee or challenge Delivery teams (consultants, developers, integrators).
- Contribute to pre-sales activities: responses to RFPs, effort estimation, and presentations.
- Ensure overall platform coherence and the proper use of the CDE framework (CSM/FSM/HR/SPM).
Requirements
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in solution design and architecture for enterprise environments on ServiceNow, as well as experience with SaaS and on-premise environments.
- Ability to define and design the platform vision and target architecture, ensure end-to-end coherence and secure the platform by design.
- Proficiency and certification in one or more ServiceNow modules: CSM, FSM, HRSD, SPM, App Engine, etc.
- Solid knowledge of Now Assist, ideally supported by hands-on project experience and related training/certifications.
- Strong leadership posture, able to structure and mobilize teams through clear communication, impactful presentations and a clear-headed analysis of situations, focused on collective success.
