About the role
- Lead AI product strategy engagements from scoping through final delivery
- Own VP‑level client relationships and manage complex organizational dynamics
- Define engagement approach, team structure, and delivery plans for complex programs
- Shape AI product roadmaps and investment cases that align executive vision with technical realities
- Drive business development by identifying expansion opportunities, leading proposals, and supporting deal closure
- Build, mentor, and manage teams of Consultants and Senior Consultants
- Contribute to DDT’s AI product methodology, reusable assets, and thought leadership
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise AI, data, or digital product initiatives, primarily within consulting or advisory environments
- Proven ability to lead engagements end‑to‑end and manage VP‑level client relationships
- Deep fluency in the AI product landscape, including foundation models, agentic frameworks, and AI governance tooling
- Strong business development capabilities, including proposal leadership, executive selling, and account expansion
- Experience building, managing, and mentoring small to mid‑sized delivery teams
- Strong executive communication and strategic storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable recommendations.
